Tickets, Registration and Fees

Now my submission is accepted, how to get a ticket or is this automatically included in acceptance of submission?

·      Please go to the registration page to register. 

·      On the registration page you will find the information on the tickets and fees of the conference,

·      After successfully registering and, if applicable, making the payment, you should receive a confirmation email that serves as proof of your registration. 

Are there any bursaries for registration fees?

·      There are no bursaries for the registration fees, however we encourage students to attend the conference with a special student ticket (discounted).

Is there some sort of ticket discount for speakers (oral presentation)/organisers of workshop, specials sessions, experiments and learning tracks at the conference? Are there any special fees for authors of papers and/or organizers of workshops? Or should we get a 'normal' ticket?

·      All presentations need a minimum of one paid full registration.

In case of co-authoring a paper, do we need two registrations?

Is participant registration (PdD-student) required and if so, should I proceed with paying the student fees?

I am currently a PhD student, is this status sufficient for the student registration?

·      No, the discount for students is not for PhD students.

Are there any special fees for authors of papers and/or organizers of workshops? Or should we get a 'normal' ticket? 

·      All participants (incl. authors, speakers, students and participants) should registrar and pay to be a part of the conference.

I've come across information about student funding opportunities from universities. Can you provide guidance on the procedure to avail myself of this benefit? 

·      For the students (master and bachelor students can register with a discount, please register as a student and upload a copy of your campus card.

Is any special price (or no price) for the speakers of the event or are we supposed to buy regular tickets to be able to attend and speak at the conference?

·      All speakers or presenters must register and pay for the conference. If you are organizing a workshop with multiple facilitators, the entrance fee for one facilitator may be waived. Please not that each workshop needs at least one registration/ticket.
