Abstract Summary
This dynamic workshop focused on the strategies for value co-creation in Positive Energy Districts. Our session addresses the critical question of how we can design and implement a collaborative framework that identifies and aligns stakeholders' needs, fosters value co-creation, and ensures actionable outcomes for the successful development of a Positive Energy District. Participants will delve into strategies for stakeholder engagement, explore methodologies for need assessment, discuss mechanisms for value co-creation, and craft the actions plan at the neighbourhood or district level. During the workshop we will work with two real PED cases: Case study 01 'Ateljer Amsterdam' (Netherlands) and Case study 02 'Jättesten, Gothenburg' (Sweden). This workshop is tailored for urban planners, energy providers, community leaders, and policy makers committed to fostering sustainable energy landscapes.
